Shy’s experience spans over a decade and ranges from multi housing leasing, construction management and property management to sales and development of major classes of commercial real estate. Over the last 3 years, Shy’s career focus was specifically concentrated on residential leasing and providing property owners and investors with highly effective guidance and consulting. On behalf of those clients, he has respectively achieved anywhere from a 5% – 20% rent increase on properties throughout the Philadelphia area; including Center City.
